Every order is different, as are the production times. Depending on your order it can take anywhere from a couple business days to up to a couple months. If we do not give you an estimated turnover time when you order, feel free to ask and we can give you an estimated date of completion.

Unfortunately, we do not offer clothing repair or adjustments.

That means knowing exactly what brand, color, and sizes needed. If you are supplying the graphic for your order, ensure the file is in the highest quality possible and preferably PDF form. We have an in-house stock of basic apparel for small orders but we can order in a variety of other apparel items for you! The button below the banner service on the “Services” page will direct you to our “Contact” page where you can include all information necessary for us to start designing! Such as: size, preferable colors, any references or specific graphics, and all of the information you want displayed on your banner! Once you give us this information we can start our design process!

In order to get a logo that matches your brand, we ask that you provide information on your business and what you want your logo to convey. Don’t forget to provide us with references of designs you like or objects you want us to include in your logo. You can also provided us with colors you want to see in your logo and any additional details you want added.

There is also an option to upgrade to a full brand style guide, giving you an extra hand in marketing your business. This guide will give you several logos and logo layouts, as well as an icon, color palette, typography, a mood board, and a brand pattern! We are going to ask for apparel type, size, color, and location of the design as we would with any apparel order so don’t forget to include those key factors. Once we receive your order, it will be made in the order it was submitted if not told differently. Don’t leave us just yet! We may still have questions for you clarifying any information or requesting more or higher quality graphics from you. We will strive to ensure your order is exactly what you were looking for.

Once we finish our design we will send mockups to ensure the design is exactly what you’re looking for. Be sure to stay in contact with us so we can get your verification that the design works and we can get to work! After that you’ll receive your bill and we can get your order to you!

We have several options for our customers when it comes to receiving your order. You can choose to pick it up here at the shop, having it shipped to your location, or we can discuss the option of us dropping it off to you if we are in the area.
